NO response, no pitch for booked treatment

We bought a Groupon for a massage and facial at the Beauty Lobby. After phoning over 20 times with voicemails (they never phoned back) EVENTUALLY they answer and we booked. I waited almost an hour in front of the gate on the day of my booking. No response from the intercon, nobody answers the phone. I left a message on a paper with a letter and my number, left sms's and voice-mails. It's two days later and still no response! <br> <br> Never heard or seen of something like this in my life...
