Unprofessional Service

Got a voucher for a session with Beauty Intelligence in Pretoria, made my booking. They called to reschedule on the day of the appointment due to the specialist not being available, the second booking was made only to be cancelled the day before and rescheduled for the same reason. The last straw was on the third booking en route to their salon, I called to inform them I'd be 5 min late. Only to be told once again that due to the specialist not around my booking was to be cancelled. Had I not called to notify them, I'd have reached there to not be serviced. After the second cancellation, I requested that I be transferred to their Midrand branch, no response. <br> According to the consultant I spoke to the owner is the make up specialist for both branches and no one could reach her. When I asked for my refund, she dodged the issue, thereafter, I told her I was not happy with the lack of professionalism, her apology had a tone of irritation as I was told it wasn't her fault that the owner didn't know how to run her business and I had a right to complain if I saw fit. I took time off my schedule only to be treated as though my business did not matter to them at all. ##Upset
