Unprofessional, Careless, Negligent and Rude

On 4.11.14 I had an appointment for Tint, Low and High Lights as well as Pedi and Manicure. Half way through the tint, the lady appointed for Mani and Pedi was pressuring for time as she wanted to get finish in time to reach the Taxi. Some of the staff had no work and was talking and laughing laud. I felt as being in a circus, not in a beauty salon where one should able to relax. The Mani- and Pedicure was then done very fast whilst having heavy discussions with other staff. At home I realized that I had 2 splashes of Nail polish on my trousers. Going back the next day I told Amanda that I found 2 plashes of Nail on my trousers. We agreed in bringing them in for cleaning which I did. I informed Amanda that I do not accept the Trousers being tinted, as it ruins the material. In February I received a call from the Salon to inform me that I could buy a new pair of Trousers seeing they could not remove the polish. They are imported and only available at a boutique and cost R 1.800,00. I was told that I will be refunded when handing in the Invoice. Doing so the manager was unavailable and the Lady had no authority to pay me. Then they had send the trousers to a cleaner, NO FIX & REFUND
