Ran a special on Groupon, but the business closed

Beauty Intelligence in Waterfall, Midrand ran a special on Groupon last month. I purchased a voucher, called to make an appointment, was told that the make up artist could only do Wednesdays (on the voucher it states any day of the week). I made an appointment for the following Wed, got an sms from the salon canceling my appointment because the make up artist was ill, they would reschedule with me. I waited a week and called again today to be told the business is closing. When I questioned how they could run a special when they obviously knew they were closing, the response was it all happened overnight. I don't think so, I think this was a ****, and I see there is another complaint against them VERY similar to mine.
