Poor service and product knowledge

I came to make a booking today for 2 massages for tomorrow with Jeanette. I saw a special for R290 and asked her if this special was on, she said no the special was R190, I asked are you sure as the brochure says R290, she said the new price was R190. I offered to pay then and there and she said to pay when I arrive. 2 hours later I receive an sms from her saying she made mistake with the pricing and that I can cancel the appointments if I want. Doesn't even have the audacity to call. I refuse to pay more than what she sais, now she's quiet.
