Permanent Makeup Touch Up never been done

I had my eyebrows and under eyes done at Beauty Intelligence Lynnwood Bridge in June, in July when it was time for my follow-up session, they said that Dhandi is not in and they will phone me. After a week, they still did not phone me, so I phoned back. Then they informed me that Dhandi was not coming back and they had no one to do to the Permanent Makeup, but they will contact me the moment they had someone in her place. After 3 weeks I phoned again, full of excuses, but still nobody to do the make-up. When I phoned the first week of September, they gave me the owners sister number to contact, who promised to phone back, because she had a meeting with the owner on that day. When I tried phoning her today, she is not answering, nor the office and they even removed from facebook. NEVER GO TO THAT SALON EVER
