Pathetic Service

This salon is infamous for bad service and false advertising. <br> The first issue I experienced was to advertise specials on hair extensions however everytime I booked an appt, stock had not arrived. They take your number and NEVER return calls. This happened on 3 occasions. <br> Thereafter I booked a hair appt at 9am and I get there just before a meeting, hair in a mess and no one opens the salon. They hairdresser is AWOL and the owner had a don't care attitude. <br> Being a sucker for punishment it seems... I booked the permanent eye make up. I took the day off based on the swelling. <br> The first cancellation was an hour before the session because Dandi had a puncture. The second appt was moved out due to load shedding and leaves her client in the dark with a tissue to remove the ointment herself. This owner seriously is clueless on how to run a business and lacks Emotional intelligence. The 3rd appt is once again cancelled on the day. another day off is wasted with no apology or remorse for pathetic service. As a regular at this salon, I wil NEVER recommend this salon as it works itself into bankruptcy and unhappy staff to add to it. Says a lot about this salons values or lack off
