Extremely unhappy and terrible service

I had booked an appointment for 14:00 and had waited for about 10 minutes before taken to the basin, where I waited for a further five minutes. My hair was washed with a shampoo that really made my hair feel terrible and then finally was taken to have my hair trimmed - 20 minutes after my scheduled time. I asked to a short trim and my fringe to be cut. The whole cutting process took five minutes. My fringe is uneven and choppy and shorter than I asked. The cutting process was so short, and I literally had very little hair cut off and I was charged an obscene amount. The salon was dirty, people unprofessionally dressed, drawers either broken or non-existent...a completely awful experience. I am extremely unhappy with how my hair turned out, the service I received and lack of punctuality. I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone.
