Bad Service

I received awful service at Beauty Intelligence Lynnwoodbrige Mall. Dandi did my permanent eyebrows. My appointment was at 11:00am. She did not have her brown colours with her. Had left them in Midrand. I was eventually helped at 14h00. I asked for light brown. When she was done it looked very black and broad. She assured me the colour would fade and I was told 70% of the width would fade. Really!!! What do I do till then? Now that the scabs are off, I have black thick eyebrows and have blonde hair. This is the worst ever! I do not recommend her to anyone. How do I fix this now? I am really furious!
