Nail tech turns violent

I had my nails (gel) done on 29/01/16 however within 5 mins it started to crack & was brought to the manager's attention who told me to give it a chance on the weekend to see if more damage done which I did. It got worst so I called in and was told that I must come in to do it again or something else but no money will be returned. Got there this morning 2/2/16 so I decided to get them removed and take something else instead but whilst getting it out the nail tech decides to file my nails right out of my flesh. She left me bleeding and just simply apologise as if I was overreacting. She left my nail bleeding and bruised now I am unable to even soak it in water due to the damage caused. My nail now has a hole in the middle of the nail bed. In absolute pain.
