Bad attitude and poor communication.

I made an appointment for 19/03/2026 @ 14h00.

I arrived 4 minutes late due to picking up my son from school. When I received a message that my appointment is cancelled.

Fine that I can understand. But arriving at the place that I thought was her workplace I was told that she is not even there. Mind you if you make an appointment in your area that is supposed to be where you go. Not 20km away and not even been given an adress from the nail tech as well just a snotty message. Cant believe people support you with that bad attitude towards customers. As I understand this lady does it alot where she does not help clients so maybe you dont need the income. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
