Disappointing

I ordered and never got notified that my order was lost! I had to email them to get the information that is poor poor poor service!!! Paid a **** ton just to hear that it will never come!! Even though they said it will be delivered the next day that is not acceptable!! To have to email them to hear that’s not acceptable they should have email me as soon as possible!!! They need to sort out or the bad reviews are gonna keep coming!! The service is unacceptable !!! I do not recommend beauty bay at all because they just disappoint and unreliable!!! Sort yourself out!!
