messed up eyebrows

Hi there,<br> <br> I'm a very unhappy client of beauty and balance,I've been going there to do my eyebrows for over a year with no complaints.<br> However today I made an appointment to do my eyebrows as well as a pedicure,it was a new beautician this time,not zandi,the lady escorted me into a treatment room,I explained to her exactly how I'd like my eyebrows to be done,she confirmed she understands,only to find out post the treatment half of my right eyebrow has been removed.<br> I was appalled,has I looked hideous with the removed eyebrow,I called to speak to a senior,of which the senior personal told me,\unfortunately mam,what we can do is not to charge you for the messed up eyebrows.\"I stormed out,thinking they said they are supposedly beauty specialist!!!<br> If a service is promised,it should be rendered to that expectation and nothing less.I'm pregnant,I suppose to go for a photo shoot now I can't even do that cause of my facial deformity...<br> Their contact no.*** "
