**** ALERT❗️❗️Beauty Balance Aesthetic Spa Academy

**** ALERT!!❗️❗️❗️ I bought two spa vouchers from Beauty Balance Aesthetics Spa Academy on Hyperli and booked an appointment on the 10th of September to go and view the place and I was cancelled an hour before. On the Hyperli voucher, the number written there is not the number that she ( Precious) uses to communicate. I kept on asking her to send me the location of the spa with no luck then on Friday last week I decided to put the address on the voucher on Waze to look for the place myself, it lead me to a car workshop in Rivonia which I found very strange. She then told me she’s got another branch in Bramley and Rivonia however I did not receive any address for either branch. We make a follow up appointment for this Tuesday, I arrive there and I find an empty wig shop. Upon calling her, she makes up stories about not knowing that her employees are not in today.
