Brow wax and tint

I was there on Saturday for my regular brow wax and tint. The new girl who recently started did my brows. I am extremely disappointed by the service I received. My brows are skew and messed up, one thicker than the other, also no color to my brows because the tint wasn’t even on for a minute. You pay all this money just to get such ****ty service. I have never in my life been this disappointed when going to the store. Usually i was assisted by a very kind lady who is no longer there as she has her own business now. And just this one time when j thought I’d go back and try them out again, the biggest disappointment happens. I don’t recommend this place. Upon writing my review on fb. They owner made contact with me. No apology or anything, she was rather abrupt, so rude to a point where I was just like, im not gonna listen to this. She claims that she wants to build up the business after being closed for the lockdown period, yet when you complain about the service received you get rude messages, with no apology whatsoever. How do u expect to build a business with such a cheeky attitude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! rather go to someone who will give u the service u deserve as you are a paying customer, but don’t take the risk of going here. Reading her messages now just made me more upset with the attitude she has.
