Jouvence Face Cream FREE TRIAL ****!

Jouvence advertised this amazing facial cream and offered a free trial on their website. When one orders you are only liable to pay a R70 shipping fee. I received the product, which I am still "testing" as I've experienced no improvement. I was not concerned as it only cost R70. Today, 26th October Jouvence debited my bank account with an additional R1015.50. Not sure what it is for as I did not order any additional products from them? I am now trying to reverse the charges, phoned my bank who informed me I authorised the transacion?? I have e-mailed ********** to cancel any future "automatic" orders and I informed my bank to not allow any further debits from Jouvence to go through my account, however, how do I get refunded the amount already "******" from me??? I ordered the FREE SAMPLE as advertised and now I learned it was not FREE… It was a **** and a very sly way to entice and lure customers by their website.
