Beautify skin care clinic has the worst service!

I called to make an appointment with one of the skin care doctors only to show up to them who made me an appointment with one of the medical doctors after I specified over the phone that it was for my skin. I made an appointment for the next week , I called to say that I was going to be a bit late (only 10min) and the receptionist asked my name very rudely and had no phone etiquette what so ever! , I am 21years old, but that doesnt mean you can talk to me like a child!!! She refused to wait for me and said that I than wasn't able to attend my appointment! some phone etiquette and a bit of respect is too much to ask from them! they are highly unprofessional and I will never recomend them to anyone!!
