Disasterous Beautiful Structures

HI I converted an upstairs patio into a conservatory using the company Beautiful Structures. I would strongly advise AGAINST using this company as they have failed me on numerous levels. The roof leakes, the building work was so inferior that it caused water to run down the internal walls, the glass ceiling panels cracked and the glass used was inferior and created a sauna so that you cannot use the room in summer as it is like a hot house. When trying to contact them (for more than 12 months) they just do not answer the phone so I thought they had gone out of business only to see Daniel the salesman driving around in his bakkie near Bryanston with the logo on the vehicle. Please do not use this company, they clearly do not know what they are doing. Hugely dissappointed.
