Beautiful century city apartments is ****

I am from Joburg and I booked the accommodation on booking.com. The host did not share details of how to check in, only the address of the place. Mg flight landed 19:30, I went to pick up a car at car hire and proceeded there. I know Cape Town, the area is not century city that’s the first point, it’s actually sandrift. On arrival there was no one to assist me. I stood there outside and the number the host shared on my email did not go through. I sent emails explaining that I’m stranded outside. After 2 hours the host picked up his phone and he was so rude and he told me that they can’t accommodate me because of my attitude and I must go on booking.com and cancel and they will refund me. It was about 9 pm and had no where to go. The money that I booked with was the last. I did not know where to go,
