Disappointed

I had requested my police clearance to be done with authentication from Dirco and The Chinese embassy. The company told me it will take two months to process and in good faith I paid the total invoice. There was not correspondence to confirm the delay with the Chinese embassy. Only when I decided to contact the company to find out what’s the hold up then I was told about the delay. Know that the authentication has been done the police clearance is no longer valid and the company is only willing to assist in this matter if another total invoice amount is paid which is totally and utterly ridiculous. I will never recommend them to anyone there response time and assistance is terrible.
