Dirty and poor service.

We arrived to an open chalet, full of cat hair and a dead lizard on the ground. With the cat still in the chalet, that kept coming back after being put out.

We decided to not stay there and requested our money back through the booking agent. Our request was denied, as they kept stating the room was not dirty and was fine. Will never support them again and will never suggest them to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.
