bad service unwilling at beaufort manor lodge

<p>for months ive came to this lodge due to work related issues, for months ive complained telling them about the kind of rooms the offer me when i come here. This morning one of the managers via a telrphone call said i can sleep outside if i dont want the room. I woke up n talked to the manager Sandra n she told me to my face she is n i quote "Im tired of you people, you can take it up to ur head office if u want". </p> <p> </p> <p>Im 1.82m tall n they keep putting me in a room with a single bed where i dont really fit on. ive complained numerous times but my plea falls on deafs ears. for the amount of money we pay i believe i deserve better</p>
