Bad customer service

I had a very unpleasant experience with the franchise as I received a bad attitude from the cashier and I was advised by the manager that it's not policy for staff to apologize for bad behavior and sorry is a good as it gets or else I can find the restaurant of choice. The beats I'm referring to is situated in Pretoria Sunnyside next to Cubana and it displease me that the manager her self has condos such act of behavior and I would like proper investigation to be taken and I would I appreciate if I would to receive an apology for the bad service I received as my. Partner its her choice of restaurant when she dinners and I don't think she has to change just because of certain individuals who feel invisible due to the level of authority.
