Beaton Landscaping Cape Town - No accountability for poor work

Beaton Landscaping in Cape Town completed tiered rock landscaping for me at my home. Since the installation, the rocks keep collapsing. I brought this to the owner, Kit Beaton's attention almost 6 months ago, and he promised he'd sort it out. I've followed up with him numerous times and he has still not come to sort it out. In my latest correspondence a few days ago, he refused to come and sort out the collapsing landscaping. He refuses to acknowledge that this is a workmanship issue, and is blaming the collapsing on the rocks that he used. I am now going to have to pay for someone else to come and fix Kit's workmanship. I would not recommend Kit under any circumstances, as he is not at all accountable for his poor workmanship.
