Best Blinds & Deco Floors CC are the worst!

Purchased their shutters (Bi Fold, secret control type) Absolutely shocking design. There is a large gap at the top and bottom letting in light. The salesman promised complete shutter against light but now that it is installed they just shrug their shoulders and say “that’s how it is”. They have worn us down to the point where here my wife lo monger wants to fight. We are bitterly unhappy and Best Blinds could not care less. No attempt to improve. These are blinds that don’t “blind” at all. They serve almost no purpose at all. Be very careful with this company. We are suffering from extreme buyers remorse and they are by no means cheap!
