Poor service and no product delivery – warning to potential customers

We ordered seat covers from Beast Gear Automotive Accessories in May and paid the quoted amount in full at the beginning of June. It is now the end of August, and we have still not received any products.

After several follow-ups, they claimed it would be couriered at the beginning of August — but nothing has arrived. They do not answer their phones, they do not read WhatsApp messages, and when we try to call, the calls are either ignored or deliberately dropped.

The address listed on their website appears to be **** — according to other businesses in the same center, Beast Gear moved out five months ago, and no one knows where they relocated to.

This business is completely unresponsive, and communication stops after payment.
