You've just change my Bad experience in something Good. :)

I am sadly unable to amend the rating on the review I had left on the 5th of May related to the bad experience I received from Claremont Beares Store.

There has been an update and I can say without a doubt that Mushfeeqah, who is currently Acting Regional Manager and the Manager at the Wynberg Bearfes Branch absolutely blew my mind and in a good way. I did not expect any freebies, I just wanted honesty and respect. Mushfeeqah not only treated me with respect but she was honest with me and she definitely went the extra mile.

I will definitely be referring customers her way.

Mushfeeqah has managed to turn this experience around and all in less than 24 hours.
