Worst service

Beares Kempton park is the worst. First time buying from them but im not happy at all. Bought a tv with them on friday and they said it was gonna be delivered yesterday. Yesterday they said the system was down, not sure how the system has anything to do with delivery. Today we decided to collect it ourselves since Connie the manager said there were no drivers, now Mukwevho is telling us that the shop law says as the first time buyer its a must that they deliver but we dont see anything like that mentioned in the contract. Everyone is giving their different story at the shop and the manager is not even interested to come and resolve the issue.
