Worst service
Worst shop ever. They have been giving me a runaround for months for a washing machine that’s not working. Don’t don’t want to take their machine back

"I received the worst service from Bears. After weeks, if not months, of inquiries and being given the runaround regarding my dissatisfaction, I eventually returned to my province. Now, they're expecting me to transport the item I want to cancel back at my own expense. It's not my fault that they took so long to resolve my issue. Why should I be penalized with additional costs?"
