Worst Quality Bears BelaBela Sofa got fixed more than 5 times in a year

I went to bears BelaBela to buy a couch in 2021 the coach had problems with gaps in-between and they gladly changed it to a wrotten soffa the whole year in 2022 the sofa was being fixed it got fixed more than 5 times ,today as I speak it's broken again .The last time it went to be fixed was left in the sun the color is even out .I can not believe I can buy a sofa at bears and cannot even last for a year .This is the worst service I ever had in my life ,even the sofas from fairprice last for more than 5years .I need my money back please this is the worst experience in my life .Mashile Mahlako ***
