Worst customer service ever!

I am absolutely appalled at the behaviour of the staff at Beares George branch! Especially the Branch manager, my sister came all the way from the Eastern Cape to come and sort out a long standing problem she had on her credit record with the store! The branch manager was of no assistance and refused to do give us any guidance on what we must do.

The account was cleared years ago yet my sisters credit record looks bad because no one at beares bothered to close and clear the account at credit bearue. She is trying to make a living but this account is hindering her.

The branch manager refused to even give us her name, telling us she does not have to, which according to the customer act, we are entitled to know who we dealing with! We had to take a video just to ensure we can identify her, then she started threatening us with calling her lawyers!

This is definitely something I'm taking to the ombudsman because this customer service is ridiculous!!
