WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DAMAGED GOODS!

Beares Bloemfontein has the worst management who doesn't even care about their customers (they are also rude), I wouldn't advice anyone to purchase there! I purchased a DAMAGED BED in February and reported it immediately after I saw that its not in a good condition. I asked them to exchange it, they failed to do so. Now that I want my money back they are telling me that I slept on that bed so they are going to deduct a certain amount! With my hard earned money?! I'm still fighting with them even now. They are not even making efforts to communicate with me, I'm the one who should always go there. BEARES I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
