Worst customer service

We bought furniture from beares on credit our last mothly payment was 2023 july but until today 10 August they still take money from our acc we went thre and they say we still owe them even if we pay the owed amount they claim it doesnt go down or finish. We are very dissapointed shem. Beares Rustenburg l surrender🙌😪
