Worst and most disrespectful service

Worst and most disrespectful service ever. I bought a lounge suit and reported to the Wolmaransstad branch that the leather is peeling of on some places in January. No response. I phoned the consumer line and the branch came to look at it. No response. I phoned the branch only to get sworn and screamed at by the 2ic. I will never buy anything from these people again.
