Worse company ever

So I purchased a dining set by beares and was promised on 6 ocassions that it would be delivered,before the sale was made I got calls till I purchased that dining set and after I purchased they failed to deliver and I never heard from them,they kept promising to call but i landed up calling them everytime which was probably more than 20 times and each time I was made false promises of delivery,so after I called the store once again they said they will deliver and promised a gift for all the missed deliveries but when they finally delivered I got a cheap mellerware snackwich,it cost me more airtime and petrol calling and going to the store,I have received **** service from companies but this is by far the worse ever,if they atleast gave me a decent gift then maybe I would not be so ****ed but receiving that snackwich I was even more ****ed,bought a dining set that cost R15,000,spent my airtime calling the store everytime,drove out my petrol and all I got was a I'm sorry and a cheap snackwich...**** service is an understatement
