WHAT A MESS!!!!

My domestic worker, Sofie Legabe bought a bedroom suit from Beares, Gezina. Firstly she was given credit facility with Beares, but instead they made her sign loan application from African Bank. She must almost pay double back on the purchase price and they have also included a lot of other stuff on her account without explaining or telling her about it. After about six month that she bought the furniture, she experienced problems with the headboard, the doors of the headboard is skew and cannot open. The dressing table's drawers is also broken, some can open and some not. Some are totally skew. Sofie has been complaining to Beares since 3 June 2014, but nothing has been done. Complaints also lodged during July, September, October and even in December 2014. Then Beares went under liquidation and we were told to institute a claim for the furniture to be replaced as the furniture were irrepairable. Now, during March 2015, she were told that they will come and fetch the furniture and repair it. She even had to take out an extended warranty. I WANT A NEW SET AS WHAT I PAID FOR, NOT A SET THAT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED. PAID A LOT OF MONEY
