Violation of Popi act

Just had a horrible and embarrassing moment with Bears furnitures, Vryheid branch. I missed 3 payments on my debt after losing my. Nad I tried making new payment arrangements wich failed. Last week they sent people to my house and there was no one at home, so they proceeded to my neighbors and told everything about my debt, they went as far as telling them how much I owe and what I actually took from the shop. They violeted my right to privacy and turned into a laughing stock.
