very cheap low quality furniture

So I bought a lounge suit from Bears Elsburg when they were closing down that brunch and moving to Germsiton , anyway it was the on display set in the store , I had it less than 5 months when its was no firm and making a noise when you sit down sinking in , anyway I complained as this was a very expensive lounge suit and for the money I expect quality I contacted the store and took almost a year to even come collect it where it should have been replaced they "repaired " it anyway took about 3 plus months to get back I at the time had to put in storage , anyway been using it since Oct last year only not 3 months and same thing but even worse . Now I been waiting since for them to again collect it and repair which is bull **** if you ask me , it should have been replaced the first time but now apparently , it not covered under replacement but only repair , but it was cover under replacement the first time round . So I will never buy a item of furniture from the group again I suggest don't waste your money over priced for **** poor quality furniture and even worse customer service
