Very bad service

My Apologies for writing to you on weekend

I just want to narrate to u why im saying that shop its something else, i bought a Bed it was on june and when i bought that bed they said they dont have base so they took the base that was on display and put plastic on it and give it to me. Okay no problem i ttok that base and wen i was removing the plastic from that base the cloth of the base was torn.


Then i complain and tell them that the cloth was torn they sent a driver to come and see and honestly they saw that and tell the manager, then the manager said they must come and take the base and replace it with a new base.

Fine and within 4 month i felt that the bed is makkng noise wen i sleep on it even the person next to my room can hear that im turning. So i called them and they said i must come and change the bed the first bed was Medi spine bed. Then i decided to buy a quality bed i know which is restonic.


Within a week the bed was making unbearable noise where it leads me to inspect the bed and find out that they deliver the wrong base for that bed. I told them and they told me they dont have stock i must wait, i wait until they bring they a base.

Now im complain straight to supplier because i know my bed has warranty and honestly speaking u can regret buying this bed if its u. I even think that if i bought this bed on Indian shops maybe with the amount i had was going to be better.


Now when u requested for the oic of the bed thats where i found out that the base its at faulty or damaged it seems like it is replaced. Now im requsting my money back coz always u give me damaged goods.


It seems like im a troublesome customer when its their mistake. If they dont respond you i will go to consumer maybe they can sort this thing out who is wrong.

3. They gave me wrong base for the bed

4. And now im complaining again they gave me damaged base restored while they told me that they no longer have that bed at the shop, but it was on display. Please i need my mone back
