USELESS AND PATHETIC

2 weeks ago I enquired about Vacuum Cleaner. Was told no stock but will notify me once received. Thursday I rep**** to same mail asking whats happening. Just to receive response stating " I have contacted you and informed you don't have open to buy." This is UTTER ******* . I need that call to be traced snd listened to as this person is taking chances.

Just after calling the store today and spoke to Gabriel I received a call from +*** marked Lewis Office asking my ID.

Seems Lewis is involved in ****S and that's why they lying and have *********** staff.
