Urgent Refund and complaint. REF NO: 753603

The service I have experience from Beares stores in Alberton and also customer care it's terrible. I paid a R900 deposit last month however i lost my job this month and wanted a refund because i was no longer working and cannot afford to carry on with the credit. Bheki the agent at the store is very rude and pathetic also the manager there All I want is my money I have also emailed customer care my banking details however no response it's like they don't want to give me back my money which is theft I have a ref number .
