Urgent Complaint

Hi, I'm truly disappointed in the service received from Bearers management.

December 2023 I reported the couches which were supposed to be genuine leather however the quality of them is not leader as they cracked, I have been escalating the matter ever since I bought them without any assistance from sales agent from Kwa Mnyandu branch.

After reporting the matter further on HelloPeter then I received a call from Head Office and they promised to send courier services to come collect them for an exchange, it over 3 weeks now without anyone coming and without any communication made to me.

I'm truly disappointed with this experience because All my furniture and appliances I always buy them at Beares but now I'm getting such dissatisfaction service.
