Upset Customer

My mom bought a dinning room set in Qwa-Qwa and she resides in Joburg made a arrangement for them to deliver when she's available but however they made the delivery without her being there the table has a glass on top and all the rubber grips aren't there so the glass can fall and break anytime as its not safe in the house, she went to the branch and they had promised to fix the problem now its two months that she has been following them but still no one has helped we thinking of taking it back as their quality of service sucks
