Unsatisfied customer

I bought a bed one year ago that was more than 14 000 at Bears and the manager there told me that it was quality. It was on credit and it had a insurance as well but within the 1st 6 months the bed started giving me problems,it is making funny sounds and the mattress is finished. I have been going to bears every single day they even went to the extend of telling me that they can't access their emails because they promised me a new bed but I haven't received anything until this today.
