unreasonable staff

im sick up to my throat with this shop i took a television at beares boksborg first they put on the wrong debit order i call them on my day of pay and let them know they dd not deduct nphumzile says i must wait till month end as their collection days are the 1st ofevery month , still they do not deduct she contacts me and says i must put it in her acc wich i was uncomfortable with and said i will make means to come on the weekend or send someone if i cant . i than draw my bank statement and realised that they tried to deduct days before my pay day hence no money, now they bring a whole team to my place of work as if im a crock althou i had made it very clear that i will come on saterday , this happens on a tuesday than the following month they wanna deduct douyble i ask for a refund i get the ru around , they tell me to come to the branch and so i take an uber without a penny to my name get there and im told im not legible for a refund i am ****ed i budget with my money, the money was taken 28 september 2023 it is now mid month 13th of october, at this point i just want them to take their item and cancel this stupid contract
