Unreachable!

Good Day,<br> <br> I have been trying to get a hold of the Bears Stores in Festival Mall, East Rand since Monday, the phone seems to be off the hook, as the very second you dial the number its get an engaged tone, I have already contacted Sealy SA, and got a response from Shooneez Campbell and have told them that I bought a Sealy Santiago Pamper Top bed about 6 years ago, and have already had to return it once before as it was sagging badly, Sad to say, the bed has started to sag again..... I want it replaced please, I purchased a Sealy thinking I was getting the best money could buy, Sadly I was rudely awaken when this bed was as good as a mattress with foam stuffing.<br> If I remember clearly, last tine I dealt with Maria from the store. Please I would like a resolution to this ASAP, either give me a new bed or my money back.
