Unprofessional conduct

I had an encounter with one of the staff members who falsely accused me of providing a **** bank statement when I app**** for credit after I told her that I had changed my mind about taking furniture on credit. I escalated the matter to the manager who was not helpful at all. I feel that my name has been put to disrepute.
