Unprofessional behaviour

There is a lady who works at Beares in Taung, North West who is unprofessional and has little to no respect for clients. She would call me and inform me that I have an outstanding payment on a Sunday. She has been called my mother (next of Kin) and told her to beg me to pay my account. She has sent people to my workplace to force me to sign a debit order payment without consulting me. Even if I have an outstanding payment, I do not appreciate her behaviour towards me.
