Unprofessional, communication comes 45min after the agreed delivery time. Had to cancel important meeting because of their false promise.

Before purchasing they promised to deliver my daughters bed same day, after purchasing they said they don’t have stock on the floor only at warehouse. They promised to deliver the next day by 10:30 because I had to be somewhere at 11:00. They called me the next day at 11:15 for directions they still at the store in Tembisa and I reside in centurion. My important meeting had to be canceled, they said they’ll arrive in 45min from 11:15. Still awaiting
