Unprofessional!

<p>I received a voicemail message from a sales agent by the name of Faizil from Beares in Wynberg on 02/02/2017. The message relayed was to congratulate me for opening an account that I had enquired on in 2016 with him. My credit amount was given to me as well as confirmation that he has my details and gave me his cell number.</p> <p>I had to worry about my details being used and how the company got hold of it. immediately the next day i had to spend an unnecessary amount of time to try and get an answer as to how this was possible.</p> <p>After speaking to the agent who called me, a colleague of his and the store manager I had to insist on getting a letter stating I had no account with the company.</p> <p> </p> <p>But what was even more upsetting is when Faizil told me a different story. He then said i enquired in 2015 with sharee an employee who no longer works for the company.The manager then tried explaining to me the agent (Faizil) is new and used a old employees details she had left behind, an employee who has been fired. I have no recognition of ever being in any Beares and willingly giving my information to anyone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say this has left me extremely angry and irritated knowing i have no answer as to how they got my details and how it explains the voicemail i had to listen to.</p> <p> </p> <p>I expected to get a better response from the company, especially when they allow new employees access to any information and the right to approach any individual with information that could be false.</p> <p>I am not happy with the outcome and feel the matter should be dealt with accordingly!</p> <p>Completely disgusted in the way they try and do business!!
